This sauce is the most intensely flavored, velvety-smooth caramel sauce you will ever taste! And for a delicious twist, try using one of the other Amyzing caramel pop flavors. You will never buy a jar of caramel sauce again!
All you need is:
1/4 cup Heavy Cream, and
2 Amyzing Sea-Salt Caramel Pops
In a microwave safe container, such as a large coffee mug, microwave on high for two minutes.
If it isn't melting all the way, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Stir rapidly BUT CAREFULLY! The boiling cream and caramel are VERY hot!
If it isn't completely melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Stir until the Caramel Sauce is completely smooth and velvety, allow to cool a bit before transferring to a container with a lid. Store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. (But it will never last that long!)
